Fixes

• Games with the same name but different hub paths confused the Games tab of the pager. (Super Saiyan X)


• URLs with ##version=X were being misinterpreted by the pager in some cases. (Andre-g1, ACWraith)


• People logging into the pager via clicking Join/Play links on the website would see "Cannot read key.txt" in some cases.


• Clicking a Join link on a stale hub page could sometimes cause the pager to login as Guest.


• flist() and fexists() were not respecting safe-mode checks.


• The new "Make EXE" function wasn't working in some cases due to a botched v.421 install
