Displaying multiple icons with overlays in the statpanel, especially in the presence of large blocks of partially opaque color, could confuse the display into showing pieces of earlier icons. (Johan411)

Using preload_rsc with a URL caused the resource .zip to be downloaded unnecessarily in cases where the URL was redirected, which confused the cache into thinking it did not have the file already. (Lummox JR)
